Returns Policy for Prints

My prints are printed-on-demand (POD) and shipped to you by The Print Space. 

Refunds are allowed within 14 days of your receipt of the order.  For example, if the print isn’t quite what you expected, or you simply changed your mind, contact me via email kerri@futurefox.no  to return the print and receive a refund. In this case I handle the return shipping and refund.

Damage & significant delays

In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged, please contact me via email kerri@futurefox.no with photos of any damage to the print and packaging. Once I send the photos to the printer and they assess the damage, they can send a replacement print free of charge.

The printer only offers refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). 

In the event of a delay beyond the expected 6-10 working days delivery window, please contact me via email kerri@futurefox.no. What constitutes a significant time delay is at the printer’s discretion. 

In either case the printer may request return of the products so that they can dispose of them. The returns in these cases will be at the printer’s cost, and refunds can be withheld until the returns are received by the printer.
